now that shouldn't actually be enough to kill a nemoah straight out, right? it's basically flipping it off but with enough of a threat to shut up and clean fast so it can leave?

Well great. Now who's gonna clean Cliff's poor front step?

Also yay for fast update!

Well, well. How surprising - TWO updates. That will teach me to take my expectations for granted, I suppose.

It will also, perhaps, teach Dentalion the risks of provoking an exorcist. That's speculative, however, since demons are creatures of habit, and nearly impossible to teach. Ask any martial arts instructor in Hell!

Whadisaynow? @Chejop Kejak: Poor Dentalion probably does not even know what set Boot off. She was just making perfectly reasonably conversation over some boring garbage disposal.

@Guest: actually, neomah being 1st circle demons are just as killable by knife to the head as some reasonably competent fighter. That said, Dantalion seems to be bound to the magistrate, what means it has a good chance of reforming around its master's essence while the binding holds.

Pretty lucky for it and should teach the demon to be A LITTLE more restrained with its mouth, one hopes.

@GreymanMSC: For many demons, I would buy that. Heck, I'd buy it from Ratan!

But not a Neomah. It senses the emotions of mortals, and uses those to manipulate them. Dentalion may not really understand WHY defiling corpses makes mortals upset, but it knows. And it uses.

Probably just for entertainment, in this case. Then again, Boot has made her hatred of (and desire to murder) Dentalion abundantly clear. Were I forced to work with such an enemy, perhaps I should seek to discredit them or otherwise make more deliberate mischief...
